What is an Order Proposal?
Once a Quote has been created for a Customer in TapGoods PRO, you have the option to create an attractive Order Proposal to send to the Customer. An Order Proposal is a creative way to summarize an Order and show the Customer examples of what the inventory ordered for the rental can be used for. To create an Order Proposal, navigate to an already existing Order.
Once you have navigated to the desired Order, click on the Proposal tab of the Order.
On the Proposal tab, you can create several pages that will be included on the Proposal. It is important to note that it is not required to use all of the available pages of a Proposal to send the Customer. On this tab, you can create the following pages…
Once you are finished creating your Proposal, click Create Proposal to enable the ability to send a Proposal Email to the Customer.
