The Quote Reminder email template sends automated reminders to customers with open (unconverted) quotes as their event date approaches. Unlike Quote Expiration emails, this template is tied to the order start date—not the expiration date—and only fires while the quote is still open.

How It Works
Trigger: Order Start Date (Open Quotes Only)
Add one or more days to send reminders before the order start date for quotes that are still open (e.g., 30, 14, 7). Emails will automatically send at 6:00 AM CST on each selected day while the quote remains open. Once a quote is converted to a confirmed order, these reminders will stop.
| 💡 Tip: This template is ideal for closing lingering quotes. Customers who haven’t confirmed are often still deciding—a reminder tied to their event date creates urgency without being pushy. |

Setting Up Quote Reminder Emails
1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Email.
2. Locate the Quote Reminder section and expand it.
3. Check the Send Email box to enable the trigger.
4. In the days before field, enter one or more values separated by commas (e.g., 30,14,10). Each value represents a day before the order start date when an email will be sent to customers with open quotes.
5. Edit the Subject line if desired.
6. Edit the Note body content as needed.
7. Click Save.
| ⚠️ Before You Begin: Quote Reminder emails only send if the quote is still open at the time of the scheduled send. If the customer has already confirmed, no email will be sent. |
