Email Template: Quote Expiration Emails
Click here to navigate to Email Settings in TapGoods PRO!PDATED ARTICL
The Quote Expiration email template sends automated reminders to customers before a quote expires, prompting them to confirm and convert before the expiration date is reached.
| 📌 Note: This article has been updated to reflect the new multi-day trigger option. You can now add more than one send date (e.g., 30, 14, 7) to create a reminder sequence. |
How It Works
Trigger: Quote Expiration Date
Add one or more days to send reminders before the quote expires. The expiration date is based on your Master Settings or the date set on the order. Emails will automatically send at 6:00 AM CST on each selected day.
Setting Up Quote Expiration Emails
1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Email.
2. Locate the Quote Expiration section and expand it.
3. Check the Send Email box to enable the trigger.
4. In the days before field, enter one or more values separated by commas (e.g., 30,14,7). Each value represents a day before the expiration date when an email will be sent.
5. Edit the Subject line if desired.
6. Edit the Note body content as needed.
7. Click Save.
| 💡 Tip: Using multiple trigger days (e.g., 30, 14, 7) creates a reminder sequence that increases conversion likelihood. We recommend at minimum a 14-day and 7-day reminder. |
