Order Settings: Notes on Invoices
In TapGoods PRO, you can choose the default position for where Order Notes appear on your invoices. By adjusting this setting in Order Settings, you can ensure that all customer-visible notes automatically appear either at the top or bottom of the invoice without having to change it manually for each order.
Follow these steps to update the default position for invoice notes:

Hover over Admin on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click on Order Settings.
- In Order Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the dropdown arrow next to Invoice Notes.
- Select "Show notes on top of invoice" or "Show notes on bottom of invoice".
Once you’ve set the default position, all customer-visible notes in future orders will automatically follow this setting.
Please note that changing this setting will only impact new orders created after the default is updated. Any existing orders will retain the original note placement. If you need to adjust the position of notes in an existing order, you can still do so manually when editing the order.
