TapGoods PRO has expanded its email automation capabilities. You can now configure multiple send days on email triggers—allowing you to build reminder sequences instead of relying on a single touchpoint.
| 📌 Note: This update is a precursor to additional email trigger functionality coming to TapGoods PRO. More trigger types and customization options are on the roadmap. |
What Changed
Previously, time-based email triggers accepted a single day value (e.g., 7 days before). You can now enter a comma-separated list of day values (e.g., 30,14,7) to create automated reminder sequences. All emails still send at 6:00 AM CST on each scheduled day.
Which Templates Are Affected
| Template | Trigger | Multi-Day Now? |
| Order Reminder | Order Start Date | ✅ Yes |
| Quote Expiration | Quote Expiration Date | ✅ Yes |
| Quote Reminder | Order Start Date (open quotes) | ✅ Yes (new template) |
How to Update Your Settings
For each affected template, navigate to Admin > Settings > Email, locate the template, and update the days before field with your desired multi-day sequence using commas (e.g., 30,14,7). Click Save when done.
| 💡 Recommended Starting Point: Order Reminder: 14, 7 days before. Quote Expiration: 30, 14, 7 days before. Quote Reminder: 30, 14, 10 days before. Adjust based on your average sales cycle length. |
