How To: Add an Inspiration Page to an Order Proposal
Once a Quote has been created for a Customer in TapGoods PRO, you have the option to create an attractive Order Proposal to send to the Customer. One feature of the Order Proposal is the ability to create an Inspiration page that will be included in the document. Inspiration pages are meant to show the Customer what the rented Items can be used to create.
To create an Order Proposal, navigate to an already existing Order and click on the Proposal tab.
Once you are on the Proposal tab of an Order, use the dropdown menu to select Inspiration.
On the Inspiration page, you can add Featured Items to the Order. These Items must be included in the Order, and they will appear on the page to show the Customer what core Items are included in their rental. Additionally, you can add images to the page to show Customers what the Items can be used for and change the colors that will appear on the Inspiration page.
To add Items to the Inspiration page…
- Click the Inventory icon.
- Select Items from the list of Inventory included in the rental.
To add images to the Inspiration Page…
- Click the Camera icon.
- Upload a .PNG or .JPEG file.
To change the colors that will appear on your Cover Page…
- Click the Paint Chip icon.
- Use the sliders OR paste the color code into the text box.
Once you have made the desired changes to your Proposal Cover Page, check the box next to Inspiration to ensure that the page will appear on your Proposal.
