How To: Create a Proposal Cover Page
Once a Quote has been created for a Customer in TapGoods PRO, you have the option to create an attractive Order Proposal to send to the Customer. One feature of the Order Proposal is the ability to create a Cover Page that will be included in the document. The Cover Page will be the first page on the Document, so it is important to make it attractive.
To create an Order Proposal, navigate to an already existing Order and click on the Proposal tab.
Once you are on the Proposal tab of an Order, use the dropdown menu to select Cover Page.
Once you are on the Cover Page, you can customize this page of the Proposal document by changing the colors on the uploading images that will appear on your Cover Page.
To upload images to your Cover Page…
- Click the Camera icon.
- Upload a .PNG or .JPEG file.
To change the colors that will appear on your Cover Page…
- Click the Paint Chip icon.
- Use the sliders OR paste the color code into the text box.
Once you have made the desired changes to your Proposal Cover Page, check the box next to Cover Page to ensure that the page will appear on your Proposal.
