How To: Change the Order Status of an Order in the Order Form
Once an order has been created in TapGoods PRO, users can edit the Order Status quickly and efficiently in the Order Details tab of the order form. To access this feature, you must be editing the order.
In the Order Details tab, users can change the Order Status by navigating to Order Status and clicking the dropdown arrow next to the current Order Status. Using this feature, users can push the order forward in the process or backward. Once the new Order Status has been selected, click Update.
After clicking Update, the order will change to the Order Status selected in the Order Details tab.
