How To: Add Temporary Discounts to Orders
In the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form, you can add Temporary Discounts to individual Orders. Temporary Discounts are not part of the Discounts added to the platform inOrder Settings, and will only apply to the individual Order. If a Discount will be used for multiple Orders, it is recommended to add the Discount to the list of Discounts applicable to all Orders in Order Settings.

To add a Temporary Discount to an Order…
- Navigate to the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order.
- Under Discounts, click Select Discount(s).
- In Select Discounts, click Add Temporary Discount.
- In New Discount, Name the Discount.
- Select Dollar ($) or Percentage (%).
- Input the Discount amount.
- Select one of the following…
- Global Discount: Applies to ALL Items and Fees in the Order except for Delivery Fees.
- Inventory Discount: Applies only to Items/Bundles in the Order.
8. Click Save.
