How to: Add an Order Agreement to an Order Proposal
Once a Quote has been created for a Customer in TapGoods PRO, you have the option to create an attractive Order Proposal to send to the Customer. One feature of the Order Proposal is the ability to add the Order Agreement to a page that will be included in the document.
The Order Agreement page in an Order Proposal will have the Order Agreement populated in the Proposal so that the Customer can review it. It is important to note that for this page to work, you must have an Order Agreement created in Legal Settings.
To create an Order Proposal, navigate to an already existing Order and click on the Proposal tab.
Once you are on the Proposal tab of an Order, use the dropdown menu to select Order Agreement.
To add an Order Agreement page to a Proposal, check the box next to Order Agreement on the Proposal tab.
