Sending Messages to Customers using Message Center
If you need to contact a Customer about an Order in TapGoods PRO, you can do so using the Message Center feature. Your messages can be found by clicking on the Inbox on the top right-hand side of your screen, right next to the TapGoods PRO menu.
To send a message to a Customer, follow the steps listed below:
- Navigate to the Inbox in your TapGoods PRO menu.
- In the To... text box, start typing the name of the Customer you wish to message. TapGoods PRO will suggest names as you type. Select the correct name from the suggestions or complete typing it.
- Click on the Order Name text box and either select the relevant order from the list or type the order name.
- Type your message in the Write a new message... box.
- Click Submit to send your message.
After you send a message to your Customer, it will appear in the Message Center of their Storefront Portal.
