Can Customers Contact You Directly Through Storefront Portal?
Yes! Customers can contact you through the Messaging Center in their Storefront Portal. The Messaging Center connects directly to the backend of TapGoods PRO, where users can see messages that Customers send from the Storefront Portal and respond accordingly.
To send a message from Storefront, Customers must log into their Storefront Portal and click on the Message icon next to their profile icon.
This will take them to the Messaging Center, where they can view all previous correspondence with your business or create a new message.
