Can You Contact Customers Directly Through TapGoods PRO?
Yes! If you need to contact a Customer about an Order in TapGoods PRO, you can do so using the Message Center feature. Your messages can be found by clicking on the Inbox on the top right-hand side of your screen, right next to the TapGoods PRO menu.
Once you have navigated to your Message Center, all communications that have taken place between you and your Customers using the Messaging feature will appear on the left side of the screen. If you have never used Message Center before, this section will be blank.
To view a previous thread, simply click on it. Then, you can continue where you last left off in your conversation with the Customer! If you need to create a new message any time, click New Message.
