Where are Customer Messages Located?
If a Customer has sent you a message using their Storefront Portal, then you will receive a notification in your Message Center. Notifications will appear on the Inbox icon, located on the right side of your TapGoods PRO menu.
Once you have navigated to your Message Center, all communications that have taken place between you and your Customers using the Messaging feature will appear on the left side of the screen. If you have never used Message Center before, this section will be blank.
