How do Customers use the “My Events” Storefront Portal?
The “My Events” Storefront Portal is where your Customers can log in to their account with your business and view details associated with Orders they have with your business. In “My Events”, there are four tabs in your Customer’s portal, enabling them to keep track of their Orders without needing to contact you.
When a Customer is logged in to Storefront, they can access “My Events” from the website Menu or from the dropdown arrow next to their name.
**NOTE: My Events will only appear on the Menu if you have it added to the Menu on the Menu page of TapGoods PRO. If you remove My Events from the Menu, Customers will only be able to access their portal through Manage Your Orders**

Quotes Tab
The Quotes tab is a powerful tool for streamlining the order process by allowing Customers to review their Quotes in their account. Here, Customers can view a comprehensive list of all the Quotes they have submitted to your business.
Quotes represent Orders that are currently being reviewed and must be confirmed before the inventory can be reserved. Customers can keep track of the status of pending Orders and make necessary adjustments before they are confirmed. If action is required on any Quote, the Customer will be alerted on the Quote Summary under “Action Required”.
Upcoming Orders Tab
The Upcoming Orders tab serves as the centralized hub for managing confirmed Orders. Once a Quote has been reviewed and approved, the Order transitions to this tab, giving the Customer a clear overview of which Orders have been confirmed and which ones are Pending. If action is required on any Quote, the Customer will be alerted on the Quote Summary under “Action Required”.
Past Orders Tab
The Past Orders tab functions as an archive of past, completed Orders. Every successful Order placed in the past can be accessed here, providing Customers with records of their Orders with your business.
Canceled Orders Tab
The Canceled Orders tab allows Customers to keep track of any Orders that were canceled.
Making Changes to Orders from “My Events”
On any tab of “My Events”, Customers can click on the Order to go to the Quote/Invoice and give signatures, upload documents, or request changes.
