Auto Convert Multilocation Subrentals to Reservations

Enabling Auto Convert Multilocation Subrentals
Auto Convert Multilocation Subrentals can be found under Multilocation > Settings in the Admin panel.
This feature automatically changes Subrental Leads from your other Locations into Reservations, meaning that the quote stage is skipped when it's turned on.
To turn on this feature, follow the steps listed below:
- Go to Admin > Multilocation > Settings.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to Multilocation Autobook.
- Click on the Pencil Icon to edit this setting.
- Make sure “Allow all locations to autobook from all inventory” is turned ON.
- Enable the toggle next to Auto Convert Multilocation Subrentals.
- Click Save.
Once you have saved your changes, all new Subrental Leads from your other Locations will automatically become Reservations.
Important Considerations
When the Auto Convert toggle is set to ON, Multilocation Subrental Leads automatically convert to Reservations, eliminating the need for manual approval. However, it is important to consider the following:
- Multilocation Autobook Requirement: Auto Convert cannot be activated unless Multilocation Autobook is already enabled.
- Storefront Leads: This setting does not affect Storefront leads, which will continue to require manual approval.
- Existing Leads: Leads that are already in the system before enabling this setting will not be affected and will follow the previous rules.
