Where are Subrentals Located in TapGoods PRO?
A Subrental in TapGoods PRO is a notation within the system to solve an Inventory shortage. Subrentals may be used to make up for Overbooked Inventory or to make special Orders with Temporary Items that you do not typically carry. It is important to note that Subrentals must be created on Orders that have already been created and have moved forward to the Quote or Reservation stage of the Order Process.
Subrentals can be located on the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, under Inventory. It is important to note that Orders that populate on this page have already had a Subrental applied to the Order. To locate Orders that need a Subrental or Temp Item added, navigate to the Overbooks page.
To locate Subrentals, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the To-Do’s page on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
- Click on the Inventory tab of the To-Do’s page.
- Click on the Subrentals side tab.
On the Subrentals page, you will be able to view all Items that are currently being Subrented, the dates of the Order, Contacts on the Order, Contact Information, and Expenses associated with the Subrental.
In the Subrentals side panel of the To-Do’s page, there are a variety of features available to meet the needs of every business owner. These features include an Export button that allows users to download an Excel file of the page and the ability to Filter the Subrentals page.
You can filter the results that populate on the Subrentals page by Order Dates, Item Name, Multilocation, Order Status, Connect Subrentals, Manual Subrentals, and Temporary Items.
Additionally, you can to change the number of results that populate on the page by clicking the dropdown menu next to Filter.
To view a Subrental in an Order, click on the Item. On the Order’s page, you will be able to view the Subrental on the Order Details tab.
