Where Can Overbookings Be Found in TapGoods PRO?
TapGoods PRO allows users to Overbook Inventory within the TapGoods PRO software. When an Order is overbooked, the amount of Inventory Ordered has exceeded what is available. This is a convenient feature for companies that want to maximize Orders without the constraints of Order limits.
Once an Order has been Overbooked, users can view all Overbooked Orders by using the TapGoods Dashboard to navigate to the To-Do's page. To review all Overbooked Orders in TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to Dashboard.
- Click on To-Do’s.
3. On the To-Do’s page, click on the Inventory tab.
4. Once the Inventory page has opened, click on Overbooks. From this page, users can view ALL Overbooked Orders.
On this page, an orange alert indicates that an Order has been Overbooked. While an orange alert will appear for any Order that requires action, it is extremely common for an orange alert to indicate that the Order is Overbooked.
In the Overbooks side panel of the To-Do’s page, there are a variety of features available to meet the needs of every business owner. These features include…
- An Export button that allows users to Export an Excel file containing the contents populating on the page. In the Excel file, you can review the Item, Rental, the Overbooked Quantity, and the Date of the Order that the Item is Overbooked for.
- The ability to Filter the Overbooks page. On this page, you can filter the results that populate on the page by Order Dates, Item Name, Departments, Order Status, Picked Status, Delivery Type, Delivery Time, and Delivery Trucks.
- The ability to change the amount of results that populate on the page.
To resolve an Overbooked Order from the Overbooked page, click on the Order. This will lead you to the Order page. You will be able to resolve the Overbooking by altering the Inventory on the Order or creating a Subrental.
