To-Do’s: Multilocation

For users who utilize Multilocation, the To-Do’s page provides a birds-eye view of how Inventory is flowing between all of your Locations. On this page, you can view New Items created across all Locations and Moved Inventory between your Locations. 

To navigate to the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, click on To-Do’s on the At-A-Glance page.

**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated as a Super Admin can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**

On the Multilocation tab of To-Do’s, you can utilize the following side panels to track Inventory across your Locations.

New Inventory

In the New Inventory side panel of the Multilocation tab, all new Items created for your Locations will populate as a list. On this page, you can view the Item Name and the Location that the Item is located in. 

Click on an Item in this side panel to navigate to the Item Details page. It is important to note that if you click on an Item that is located in a different location than you are working in, you will automatically be logged into the Location that the Item is in. 

Moved Inventory

Moved Inventory in TapGoods PRO is Inventory that has been moved from one Location to another. On the To-Do’s page, you can review the Moved Inventory in your TapGoods PRO portal within the Multilocation tab under the Moved Inventory side panel. 

On this page, you can review the Item Name, where Inventory was moved From and To, the Team Member that initiated the move, and the Date that the Item(s) were moved.

Click on an Item in this side panel to navigate to the Item Details page. It is important to note that if you click on an Item that is located in a different Location than you are working in, you will automatically be logged into the Location that the Item is in.
