How To: Add New Locations to TapGoods PRO
For users who have subscribed to a TapGoods PRO Select tier or higher, Multilocation is a unique feature available to manage multiple Locations. This feature is especially useful for quickly growing businesses who have multiple business Locations to manage. Locations are managed on the Locations page, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
To add a new location, click Add Another Location. Once a Location has been added, users can fill out the TapGoods Information as well as the Contact Information for the new location.
To remove a Location from your account, click Remove Location.
If you are utilizing Multilocation, you can quickly and easily navigate between Locations within TapGoods PRO. To change Business Locations in TapGoods PRO…
- Navigate to the Business name on the TapGoods PRO dashboard and hover over the dropdown arrow.
- When My Accounts opens, click on the desired Location to work in.
Different Locations in TapGoods PRO will function as their own portals. When working in one Location, only that Location’s Orders, Alerts, and Inventory will be shown to the user.
Note: All locations created within TapGoods PRO will have their own unique orders, inventory, contacts, employees, and data. It is important to note this when switching between different locations.
