[Multilocation] How To: Sync Company Terms Across Locations
For business owners with multiple Locations, TapGoods PRO offers the ability to Sync Company TermsAcross Locations. By Syncing Company Terms, changes made to the Payment Terms and Credit Limits on the Company will change across Locations that are Synced with one another.
To Sync Company Terms Across Locations, navigate to the Companies page, which is located under the Contacts panel of the system dashboard.
Click on the Company to navigate to the Company Details page.
On the Company Details page, follow the steps listed below to Sync Company Terms Across Locations.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Payment Limits, Terms, Invoice Dates & Statements Info.
- Click the toggle next to Sync Company Terms across locations.
- Click Add Company Terms Sync.
- In Sync Company Term, click the dropdown arrow next to Location and select the Location.
5. Navigate to the Location that you would like to Sync the Company Terms with.
6. Navigate to the Companies page and locate the desired Company.
7. In Company Details of the synced Location, click the toggle next to Sync Company Terms across Locations and click Add Company Terms Sync.
8. In Sync Company Term, select the Location you want to sync the Company Terms with.
9. Click the dropdown arrow next to Company.
10. Select the Company.
11. Click Submit.
**Note: The second Company’s Terms will override the original Company once the sync is completed. It is important to double check both Locations’ Companies and ensure all information is correct!**
Once you have followed the steps listed above, Synced Companies will populate under Payment Limits, Terms, Invoice Dates & Statements Info on the Company Details page of both Locations.
When Company Terms are synced across Locations, any changes made to the Payment Limits or Payment Terms will change in both Locations.
