For example, if you select Custom ID, In Maintenance, then Number of Times Ordered, they will appear in that order starting with Column B.

Reading the Serialized Item Custom Export
The purpose of exporting data for a Serialized Item is to see data for each Unit. This means that when you export data for a Serialized Item, all of the Units assigned to the Item will be listed on the report.
In this report, Serial Numbers will ALWAYS be contained in Column A. Columns B, C, D, etc. will contain the other data points in the order that you selected them in TapGoods PRO.
- Custom ID: Optional IDs that can be added to units via the Serialization tab of Item Details.
- Number of Times Ordered: The total number of times a unit has been ordered.
- In Maintenance: “No” means the unit is not in maintenance, and “Yes” means that it is.
- In Use: The Order ID that the unit is assigned to will be listed in this column. “No” indicates that the Unit is available for rental.
- Date Added: The date that the Serial Number was generated.
- Last Modified: The last time that the Serial Number or Custom ID was changed.
- Usage(s): The title of Usages varies for each user, since the Usages assigned to units are customizable. The Usage Name is used as the title for the column and the total usage for each unit will be listed underneath.
