Custom Export: The Transactions Tab
TapGoods PRO allows users to export transactions using the Transactions tab of Custom Export. This article will cover the following topics:

Where is the Transactions Tab of Custom Export located?
To navigate to Custom Export, hover over Admin on the menu of TapGoods PRO and, in Reports, click on Custom Export.
In Custom Export, click on the Transactions tab.
The purpose of this tab is to allow you to export an overview of the Transactions taking place in your account. This will help you keep track of your money efficiently. In this report, you can filter for the following information:
- Dates: A date range during which transactions took place
- Location: The Location in your account where transactions took place
- Payment Status: You can use this filter to filter for Payments, Partial Refunds, Refunds, and Approved Payments
- Payment Type: You can use this filter to filter for Credit Card, Cash, Check, and Bank Payments. Additionally, “Other” payments can be exported as part of your data and will appear as the name of payment added for the transaction.
How to Export a Transactions Report in Custom Export
When you are ready to export a Transaction Report, it is important to keep in mind that the Data Points that you select in Data Shown on Report will appear in the order that you select them. For example, if you select Amount, Company Name, and then Location, then those data points will appear in that order on the report.
To export a report on this page, follow the steps listed below:
- In Data Shown on Report, enable the checkbox(es) next to the data points you want to see on the report in the order that you want them to appear.
- In Filter Data, check the box(es) next to the Filters you want to apply to the report.
- Click Export.
