Email Template: Order Summary Email
Order Summary emails are emails that send an Order Summary directly to the customer. Once an order has been created for a Customer in TapGoods PRO, many business owners will prefer to send an Order Summary to the Customer.
To save time, you can customize the Order Summary Email Template that can later be sent from the Order. The Order Summary Email Template is located in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the system dashboard. Click here to navigate to Email Settings in TapGoods PRO!
Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Order Summary Email Template. It is important to note that this Template cannot be automated, so you will need to send these emails manually.
To customize the Order Summary Email Template…
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
Once you have customized the Order Summary Email, you can manually send the email from the Emails tab of any existing Order.
To send an Order Summary Email, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the desired Order and click the Emails tab.
- Under Email Type, click the dropdown arrow and select Order Summary.
- Under Email Type, click the dropdown arrow and select Order Summary.
- Under Send To, select Customers, Team Members, or Other.
- [Optional] Add Attachments to the Email.
- Click Email.
