Email Template: Thank You Email
Thank You emails thank Customers for ordering from the business. These emails are automatically deployed after an order has Closed. Thank You Emails can deploy to Customers after Automatic Send is enabled in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Thank You Email Template and enable Automatic Send so that it will deploy to Customers.
To edit the Thank You Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Enable the toggle next to Automatic Send.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
