Email Template: Recurring Payments Email
Recurring Payments emails alert Customers that a Recurring Payment has been set up for an Order. This email communicates to Customers that Recurring Payments have been set up and when the next payment will be charged to the payment method on file.
Recurring Payment Emails trigger when a Recurring Payment is set up on an Order and each time a Recurring Payment is charged. When you create an Order for a Customer, you can set up Recurring Payments that will automatically bill the Customer from the Payment Method on file.
Recurring Payments are enabled on the Billing tab of an existing Order.
Customizing the Recurring Payments Email Template
The Recurring Payments Email Template is located in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.Click here to navigate to Email Settings in TapGoods PRO!
Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Recurring Payments Email Template. This email will automatically deploy when Payment is triggered on an Order.
To edit the Recurring Payments Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
