Email Template: Customer Survey Email
Customer Survey emails are emails that invite a customer to complete a survey about their experience with the business.
A Customer Survey Email Template can be customized in Email Settings, which is located under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

Customers’ responses to Customer Survey Emails impact your business’s overall Net Promoter Score in Customer Survey Reports. It is important to note that the Customer Survey Email must be turned ON on the Customer Survey Report page to work.
To edit the Customer Survey Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
Customer Survey Emails can be automated in TapGoods PRO via the Customer Surveys page. Additionally, they can be turned on/off on individual Orders! To manually send a Customer Survey to a Customer…
- Navigate to the Emails tab of an existing Order.
- Under Email Type, click the dropdown arrow and select Customer Survey.
- Under Send To, select Customers. **Note: Only Customers can receive a Customer Survey Email; Customers will be the ONLY option if you click the dropdown arrow under Send To.**
- Check the box(es) next to the desired recipient(s).
- (Optional) Add a Custom Note.
**Note: If the Custom Note field is left blank, the Default Copy of the Customer Survey Email configured in Email Settings will be sent to the Customer.** - (Optional) Attach relevant Documents to the email.
- Click Email.
