[Multilocation] How To: Fulfill a Subrental in TapGoods PRO
If you need to subrent Inventory from one Location to another, then it is important to make sure that you resolve any Subrentals through your other Locations. Fulfilling a Subrental is super easy!
To resolve a Subrental in TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below:
- Subrent an Item from another Location, which will generate a Lead [Pending Order] for the Location you want to Subrent from.
**NOTE: If the Subrenting Location has Multilocation Autobook set up, then the Subrental may appear in To-Do’s>Autobook.**
- Navigate to the Subrenting Location.
- Navigate to the To-Do’s page.
- In Leads, click on the Order originating from your other Location.
- Accept the Lead [Pending Order].
Once you have accepted a Subrental from another Location, it will function as any other Order in TapGoods PRO. You will process the Order, and then send it out to your Location just as you would for any normal Order from a Customer.
