BI Reports: Button Glossary
On your BI Reports, there are several buttons available on each report that allow you to customize the report or view data in more detail.
**Note: Some of the buttons on our Power BI dashboard are unique to Power BI and are not compatible with TapGoods PRO. Please refer to the image below.**
All of the buttons you will use in BI Reports are listed below:
-Filters on Visual
This icon appears when you hover over a KPI [Key Performance Indicator] and displays how active filters are impacting the data that is showing on the report.
-Focus Mode
This icon appears when you hover over a KPI [Key Performance Indicator].
When you click on Focus Mode, TapGoods will open a new page with a bigger view of the data in the KPI.
-Export Data
This button allows you to Export data from your BI Report. You can navigate to this button by hovering over any data on a BI Report and clicking on the Ellipses [...].

-Show as a Table
If you want to review the data in a graph as a table, you can use this button to do so. To navigate to this button, hover over the KPI [Key Performance Indicator] and click on the Ellipses [...].
Once you click Show as a table, TapGoods will open a new page with the graph displayed along with a table containing the converted data.
-Spotlight
The Spotlight button can be located by hovering over any KPI [Key Performance Indicator] and clicking on the Ellipses [...].
If you click on Spotlight for a KPI [Key Performance Indicator] or table, all other data on the report will be blurred out.
-Sort Axis
The Sort Axis button can be located by hovering over any KPI [Key Performance Indicator] that contains a graph and clicking on the Ellipses [...].
You can sort the axis of a graph by status, count of status, descending, or ascending.
