How To: Edit Roles in TapGoods PRO
Roles in TapGoods PRO are a great way to track what permissions each Team Member has within the platform and what their Role is at your business. While TapGoods PRO offers a set list of Roles, users can also add New Roles to the system.
The Roles page is located in Team Settings, which is available under Admin on the system dashboard.
Once you have navigated to Team Settings, click on the Roles tab. In Roles, you can add additional titles to your TapGoods PRO account. Roles allow you to customize what permissions each staff member added to the platform will have. TapGoods PRO comes with several Roles already added to the system:
- Super Admin
- Admin
- Manager
- Team Member
- Warehouse Manager
- Partial User
In addition to the roles already added to TapGoods PRO, you can add Roles to the system that will better represent your team.
To add a New Role to the platform, follow the steps listed below.
- Click Add New Role.
- In Team Member Role, name the Role.
- Click Save.
Once a Role has been added to TapGoods PRO, you can edit the permissions associated with the Role in the Permissions tab of Team Settings.
