How to: Edit Commission Tiers in Team Settings
Commission Tiers can be applied to Team Members in TapGoods PRO who will gain a profit from orders that they are assigned to. While TapGoods PRO does NOT offer payroll capabilities within the portal, adding Commission Tiers to Team Members is a great way to document and track what profits a Team Member will make from orders.
Commissions are accessed in Team Settings, which can be located under Admin on the platform dashboard.
Once in Team Settings, users can add and edit Commission Tiers on the Commissions page. To add a Commission Level to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps below.
- Click Add New Level.
- Add a numerical value or name to the Level.
- Add a Percentage.
- Click Submit.
Once Commission Tiers have been added to TapGoods PRO, you can add Commission Tiers to their Team Members on the Members page of Team Settings.
To edit a Commission Tier, click the Pencil icon next to it.
To delete a Commission Tier, click the X icon next to it.
