Advanced Permissions in TapGoods PRO
If you have purchased a Premier subscription to TapGoods PRO, you have access to Advanced Permissions for Team Members within your business. Advanced Permissions takes Permissions to another level; this feature offers you the flexibility to decide exactly what each Role will be able to see within the software!

Locating Advanced Permissions
To utilize Advanced Permissions, navigate to Team Settings, located under Admin on the system dashboard.
In Team Settings, click on Permissions to view the Permissions page, where you can customize what Permissions each Role at your business will have in the platform.

When you are navigating the Permissions page, there are a few icons you should know. These icons appear next to Permissions that are not changeable for various users, such as Partial Users:
- Stop Icon: This icon indicates that the feature next to it is NOT AVAILABLE and is not visible to the type of user you are trying to edit. You cannot change the visibility of this feature.
Using Advanced Permissions
Advanced Permissions adds numerous options for you to choose from when deciding which parts of the platform you want your Team Members to access. While Premier users have access to Advanced Permissions, you can make the additional options invisible for specific sections by clicking the toggle next to Advanced Permissions.
**Note: You cannot turn off any permissions for Super Admins. Super Admins in TapGoods PRO have access to ALL parts of the software.**
To disable individual Permissions for Roles, uncheck the box next to the Permission you would like to disable.
While TapGoods PRO provides users with roles within the platform, it is important to note that you will be unable to change certain permissions within Roles created by TapGoods PRO. When you customize the Admin, Manager, Team Member, Warehouse Manager, and Partial Users, some Permissions are permanently disabled by TapGoods PRO.
However, when you are customizing Custom Roles, you will be able to give these Team Members any Permissions within the system. When you create Custom Roles in TapGoods PRO, always remember to exercise caution when giving advanced clearance to Team Members at your business!
