Picklist Settings in TapGoods PRO
In Picklist Settings, users can customize the available statuses that will populate in order forms during the Check In/Check Out process. Each business’s rental process is different; to accommodate each business’s unique process, TapGoods PRO allows users to customize the Pick Statuses to match the processes that take place in their warehouses. Picklist Settings are available under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
To access Picklist Settings, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Admin in the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Click Picklist.
In Picklist Settings, you can customize the available statuses in the Checking Out and Checking In processes. Here, you can perform the actions listed below.
- Change Default Statuses for Checking Out Items
- Change Default Statuses for Checking In Items
- Add Statuses for Checking Out Items
- Add Statuses for Checking In Items
It is important to note that adding Statuses to Checking Out/Checking In fields does not change the functionality of the default Statuses; to move through the Order Process, you must Check Out or Check In your items using those Statuses [or the customized terminology used in their place].
