Contacts Settings in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, you can add various Contacts to the platform via the Contacts panel of the system dashboard. On our platform, organizing your Contacts is very important so that your business can run as efficiently as possible. In Contacts Settings, you can add Categories to TapGoods PRO that can be assigned to your Contacts that will organize them in Reports.
To access Contacts Settings, follow the steps listed below.
- Hover over Admin on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Click Contacts.
Once you have navigated to Contacts Settings, you can add Contact Categories to the platform so that Customers, Companies, and Venues can be Categorized for Reports. On this page, you can create Category names that can be added to Contacts within the Customer and Company pages.
How to Add a Contact Category to TapGoods PRO
To add a Contact Category to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below…
- In Contacts Settings, click on Add New Category.
- Name the Category.
- Click Submit.
Once you have added a Category to the platform, you can add it to Customers and Companies or edit it at any time by clicking the Pencil icon next to the Category.
To delete a Category from TapGoods PRO, you must edit the Category and click Delete.
