What is a Company in TapGoods PRO?
In TapGoods PRO, users can add Companies to Contacts in the system. Companies in TapGoods PRO are not individual Customers, they are typically commercial businesses that the business owner registers in the TapGoods PRO portal. Companies can be added to the platform individually OR through Batch Import.
Companies can be assigned to Orders and can be customized within the Company Details page. Companies are located under Contacts on the system dashboard.
To review the Companies currently added to your TapGoods PRO account, navigate to the Companies page.
Once on the Companies page, you can review the Companies currently registered to TapGoods PRO and add new Companies as needed. On this page, already registered Companies will display the Company Name, Category, Credit Limits, and the Remaining Balance.
To edit a Company that has already been added to TapGoods PRO, click on the desired Company in the list. To add a new Company to the system, click +Add Company.
On the Companies page, users can filter the results that populate on the page by clicking Filter. In Companies, results are filtered by Category. Categories are added to Companies in Company Details.
