How To: Select a Customer Pickup Location in Delivery Options
For users who have both a Business Location and a Warehouse Location, TapGoods PRO offers the option to have customers Pick Up inventory from the Warehouse Location. When the Warehouse Location is selected, the Warehouse Address will populate as the Pickup Location on the Display tab of an order. To utilize this setting, set up your Warehouse Address in Location Settings.
The Customer Pickup Location is set up in Delivery Options, which can be found in Order Settings. To navigate to Order Settings, hover over Admin on the TapGoods PRO menu and click on Order Settings.
In Order Settings, scroll down to Delivery Options and click the dropdown arrow to view the various customizable features available in this Setting.
To select a Customer Pickup Location, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil icon in Delivery Options.
- Scroll down to Customer Pickup Location.
- Click the dropdown arrow and select Location Address or Warehouse Address.
- Click Save.
