How To: Add Custom Delivery Fees to TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, you can add Custom Delivery Fees to the platform which will add Fees to Orders according to Zip Code. This will allow you to automate adding fees to Zip Codes that are more costly to deliver to. This feature is located in Order Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
Once you have navigated to Order Settings, scroll down to Delivery Options and click the dropdown arrow to view the various customizable features in this setting.
To add Custom Delivery Fees to TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Delivery Options.
- Click Add Custom Delivery Fee under Pricing for Delivery.
- Name the Fee.
- Add a Dollar Amount.
- Input a Zip Code.
- Click Save.
You can edit or delete Custom Delivery Fees at any time, but it is important to note that changes made to this feature will not retroactively impact Delivery Fees that have already been applied to Orders.
To change or delete a Custom Delivery Fee that has already been added to an Order, manually edit the Delivery field in the Order.
To edit a Custom Delivery Fee, click the Pencil icon next to it; to delete a Custom Delivery Fee, click the Trash Can icon.
