How To: Set Up Default Delivery Times in Delivery Options
In TapGoods PRO, you can set Default Delivery Times which all new Orders will default to. Setting Default Delivery Times will make creating Orders in our system quicker than ever. With this feature, you can select time ranges in which rentals will be delivered to Customers.
Default Delivery Times are set up in Delivery Options of Order Settings, which can be found under Admin in the TapGoods PRO menu.
In Order Settings, scroll down to Delivery Options and click the dropdown arrow to view the various customizable features within this Order Setting.
To set up Default Delivery Times, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil icon in Delivery Options.
- In Default Delivery Times, fill out the following fields.
- Morning: Input the time range that inventory will be delivered/shipped in the morning.
- Afternoon: Input the time range that inventory will be delivered/shipped in the afternoon.
- Evening: Input the time range that inventory will be delivered/shipped in the evening.
**Note: Not all lines in Default Delivery Times need to be filled out. If your business does not deliver during a specific time frame (i.e. Morning), leave that field blank.**
Click Save.
