Email Template: Payment Confirmation Emails
Payment Confirmation emails will alert Customers that a payment has been made on an Order. This email is important for maintaining clear communication with Customers and confirming that the business has received Payment.
The Payment Confirmation Email Template is available in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard. Click here to navigate to Email Settings in TapGoods PRO!
Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Payment Confirmation Emails. This email is automated, so enabling Automatic Send will allow the email to be deployed to Customers that make a Payment on their Order.
To customize the Payment Confirmation Email Template…
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
With Automatic Send enabled on Payment Confirmation Emails, this email will deploy when a payment is made on an order.
