Email Template: Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Emails
Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Emails will alert customers that Payment is due on an Order. It is important to notify Customers when there is Payment due on an Order; the Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Email can be automated, and will help you stay organized and consistent when seeking Payment from Customers.
The Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Email Template is found in Email Settings, located under the Admin panel of the dashboard of TapGoods PRO.

Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Email Template. To customize this Template…
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click the toggle next to Automatic Send to enable this feature.
- Click Save.
For Customers to receive a Final Balance Due w/o Autobill Email, a Final Balance Due Date must be turned on and selected. It is important to note that the Final Balance Due Date is impacted by the default settings configured in Order Settings. Within individual Orders, you can adjust the Final Balance Due Date by selecting a different option.
The Final Balance Due Date is located in the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form.
**Note: The default time frame for Payment Reminder emails to be sent can be adjusted in Email Settings: Payment Reminder Emails.**
The Final Balance Due Date is the date that Payment is due for the Order. In this field of the Order Form, you will set a time frame in which you will seek Payment from the Customer. The Final Balance Due Date can be set as a specified amount of days Before or After the Order Start, Order Creation, and Order End date.
When Autobill is not enabled, customers will receive the Final Balance Due Date w/o Autobill Email when Payment is due. This email will contain a link that the Customer will click to submit Payment.
