How To: Apply Custom Delivery Fees to Orders
Custom Delivery Fees in TapGoods PRO are Fees that apply to individual Zip Codes set up in Order Settings. Once Custom Delivery Fees have been created, you can add them to individual Order Forms in the Order Details tab.
To add a Custom Delivery Fee to an Order, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Order Details tab of an Order Form.
- Scroll down to Delivery.
- Click the dropdown arrow and select Custom Delivery Cost.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Custom Delivery Fee.
- Select a Custom Delivery Cost from the list.
**Note: Only Custom Delivery Costs previously created in Order Settings will populate in this list.**
Once you have selected your Custom Delivery Fee, it will apply to the Order. This can be changed at any time.
While Custom Delivery Fees can be added to your Orders manually, your TapGoods account will recognize all Orders that are delivered to Zip Codes associated with a Custom Delivery Fee created in Order Settings. If you input a Zip Code for Delivery that is associated with a Custom Delivery Fee, you will receive a pop-up alerting you that the current address qualifies for a Custom Delivery Fee.
Although the Zip Code is associated with a Custom Delivery Fee, whether you want to apply it to the Order is optional. To apply this Custom Delivery Fee, click Yes in Custom Delivery Fee Changed. To continue with the Order without the Custom Delivery Fee, simply click No.
