How To: Require Delivery Information on Storefront Orders
If you have purchased a Storefront Cart package or higher with TapGoods, you receive a robust Shop with integrated Inventory directly from your TapGoods PRO portal. One unique feature of the Shop included in the Storefront Cart, Complete, and Advanced Packages is the ability to require Delivery information from Customers before they can create the Order with your business.
This feature is located on the Shop + Cart page, which is located under the Admin panel of the system dashboard in Storefront Shop + Cart.
To require Delivery information from Customers prior to creating an Order through Storefront, scroll down to the Reservation Requirements field and check the box next to Require delivery/pick up information to be input for orders submitted through Storefront.
It is important to note that if this box is not checked, Customers will be able to create Orders in Storefront without providing Delivery information. If a Customer does not provide Delivery information while this feature is enabled, they will receive a popup prompting them to add Delivery.
