Delivery Information (e.g., address or instructions)
When you check a box, that piece of information will not appear on the Customer’s Quote or Invoice. Instead, it will be replaced with “TBD.”
Key Information to Know
-
These settings only affect what the Customer sees — your internal team will still have full access to all order details.
-
The default visibility options can be configured in your Order Settings.
-
You can change visibility at any time by editing the Order and checking or unchecking the appropriate boxes.
How to Show Information Again
To reveal hidden details to the Customer, simply uncheck the relevant box. The system will automatically replace “TBD” with the actual order information on the updated Quote or Invoice.
