How To: Enable/Disable Customer Survey on Individual Orders
In the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form, you can enable/disable the Customer Survey for individual Orders. It is important to note that this field is impacted by the default settings configured in the Customer Survey Report. A Customer Survey is an email sent out to Customers that measures satisfaction based on the Net Promoter Score, which is a 0-10 scale that scores your Customers’ overall satisfaction with your business.
To enable/disable the Customer Survey on an individual Order, check or uncheck the box next to Ask for Customer Survey on this order, located at the bottom of the screen underneath Hide Info From Customers.
In the Customer Survey field, enabling or disabling the Customer Survey impacts whether a Customer Survey Email is automatically sent to the Customer. To enable or disable the Customer Survey, click the check box next to Ask for Customer Survey on this order.
When you change this within an individual Order, it will NOT impact the default Setting configured in Customer Surveys.
