How To: Change the Deposit Requirement on Orders
In the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form, you can change the Deposit requirements on the Order. Whether a Deposit is required on Orders before they can move forward to a Reservation is set up in Order Settings, but you can manually change the requirements in individual Orders without impacting the default settings.
To change the Deposit requirements on individual Orders…

Navigate to the Options, Discounts & Fees tab.
- Scroll down to Deposit and select one of the following options…
- No deposit required to make a reservation
- Minimum deposit is required to make a reservation
**Note: Minimum Deposit Amount is set up in Order Settings**
- A custom deposit amount is required to make a reservation
- Quote must be paid in full before it can be converted to a reservation
To make one full Payment mandatory, check the box next to Payment in full must be made in one payment.
