Adding Customer-Facing Notes to Invoices
In TapGoods PRO, you can add notes to your orders that are visible to the customer on their invoice. You can also choose where these notes appear—either at the top or bottom of the invoice. By default, notes will appear at the bottom of the invoice or reflect your selections in Order Settings, but this article will show you how to manually set the position for each order.
- When creating or editing an order, go to the Order Details tab.

Scroll down until you reach the Order Notes section of the page.
- Click on Add Note to create a new order note
- Type the note into the text box.
- To make the note appear on the customer’s invoice, enable the checkbox labeled Visible to Customer.
- Choose where the note will appear on the invoice:
- Top of Invoice: The note will appear just below the customer information and above the list of items.
- Bottom of Invoice: The note will appear at the bottom of the invoice, just above the signature line (this is the default placement).
Once you're finished, Save the order as usual. Customer-facing notes will appear like this on invoices:
