Cancelling Orders in TapGoods PRO
To cancel an Order, follow the steps listed below:
- Hover over Orders on the TapGoods PRO menu.
- Click All Orders/Quotes/Reservations/Checked-In/or Checked-Out.
- On the Orders page, click on the Order you want to cancel.
- In Order Details, scroll down and click Cancel Order, and TapGoods will prompt you to confirm the cancellation.
- Click Yes, Cancel this Order.
If you need to access Cancelled Orders for any reason, they are stored on the Cancelled Orders page of TapGoods PRO.
