[Multilocation] How To: Connect QuickBooks to Multiple Locations
If you have multiple Locations that you want to connect to one QuickBooks account, TapGoods PRO offers users this feature in QuickBooks Settings. This feature offers users even more convenience when exporting information from TapGoods PRO to QuickBooks. With one QuickBooks account connected to multiple Locations, you will be able to quickly and easily export information from any Location regardless of which one you are working in!
To navigate to QuickBooks Settings, navigate to QuickBooks located in Reports under the Admin panel of the dashboard.
Once you are on the QuickBooks page, click on Settings to navigate to QuickBooks Settings.
In QuickBooks Settings, you can customize how you would like data to sync over to QuickBooks. Additionally, if you have multiple Locations, you can sync your QuickBooks account to several locations.
To sync your QuickBooks account to several Locations, follow the steps listed below.
- Scroll to the bottom of QuickBooks Settings and check the box next to Multiple Locations.
- Once a list of your Locations pops up, click on Edit Settings.
- Input the Location name and the Class that you would like to appear in QuickBooks. It is important to remember that this feature is specific to the type of QuickBooks subscription you have. This will not be applicable to all users.
- Click Submit.
Once you have added your QuickBooks to multiple Locations in TapGoods PRO, all transactions in all synced Locations will move over to QuickBooks when you initiate a sync.
