How To: Change Customer Display on an Existing Order
Once you have created an Order, you can review information that is displayed to the Customer at any time on the Display tab. Here, you can change the layout of Customer Display at any time.
To change Customer Display on an Order, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Display tab on an existing Order.
- Click Edit Customer Display.
Clicking Edit Customer Display will take you to the Edit Order screen, where you will utilize the Items & Staffing tab to change the Display Settings. - In Items & Staffing, click the dropdown arrow next to Display Settings.
- Adjust the toggles to how you want information to display for Customers.
Here, you can enable or disable Show Item Images, Show Item Notes, Show Set By Times Notes, Show Individual Inventory Pricing to Customers, ShowDiscountsonPricing, and Show Category Subtotals.
**Note: Display Settings are impacted by the defaults configured in Order Settings. Changing the Display Settings on an individual Order will NOT impact the defaults in Order Settings or any other Orders.** - When you are finished customizing Display Settings, click Update.
Any changes made while editing the Order will reflect on the Display tab of the Order.
