What are Credit Card Fees in TapGoods PRO?
In TapGoods PRO, a Credit Card Fee is a fee that will be applied to the total cost of an order if a customer uses a Credit Card to pay. Credit Card Fees are different from regular Fees in TapGoods PRO because this Fee will be charged to the final bill each time a Credit Card is used.

Credit Card Fees are configured in Order Settings, which can be found underneath Admin on the TapGoods PRO menu.
In Order Settings, Credit Card Fees can be edited and added to the platform by clicking the Pencil icon next to the Fee. Here, you can change the Credit Card Fee and edit the Name of the Fee.
Credit Card Fees will only be applied to an order if a Credit Card is used; if other payment methods are utilized, Credit Card Fees will not apply to the Amount Paid.
It is important to note that once a Credit Card Fee has been enabled in TapGoods PRO Order Settings, ALL orders going forward that are paid for with a Credit Card will incur an additional fee calculated in the total bill unless the user manually disables the fee within the Order Form. Credit Card Fees are optional in TapGoods PRO, and can be enabled in Order Settings.
**Note: Once a Credit Card Fee is created in Order Settings, it will NOT impact existing Orders. To add a Credit Card Fee to an existing Order, it must be added manually.**
